Katie visited both Carnegie Mellon University and Chatham University to deliver her workshop "How To Share Your Story." During her workshop, she shares how so many healing platforms advertise sharing your story as an "empowering" experience. And it absolutely can be. However, there are countless emotions that come with sharing your story and this workshop is designed to help you navigate those feelings before, during, and after sharing your story.
